AXA & Winterthur Wealth Management*, the wealth management arm of AXA, is celebrating a hat-trick of national awards including The Guardian's Britain's Top Employers 2008.
Winterthur has been chosen as one of The Guardian's Britain's Top Employers 2008, having been rated on pay and benefits, promotion and development, training, company culture and style, innovation, diversity, social responsibility, corporate governance and environment. Of the 100 companies selected from all UK company applicants, Winterthur was ranked within the top 50.
Two of AXA Wealth Management's products have each won 5 star awards from Defaqto, an independent company providing product research for the financial services industry. The onshore Investment Bond has achieved the top rating for the second time running, whilst the offshore Evolution Investment Bond is now in its third consecutive year of having 5 stars.
Additionally, Winterthur has achieved a 2 star Investor in Customers (IIC) award. The IIC model recognises success in four areas of customer excellence: engendering loyalty, understanding customer needs, delighting customers, and meeting customer needs. The 2 star award, out of a possible rating of 3 stars, recognises that Winterthur provides an 'outstanding' degree of customer focus and satisfaction.
