My Winterthur allows you to:

  - Contributions made
  - Income payments
  - Transaction and charges history
  - Fund holdings information
  - Beneficiaries information
• Switch funds in your policy.
• Update your contact details, change password and subscribe to receive updates from Winterthur.
• Send messages from a secure area to our dedicated Customer Support Unit.

Not all above options are available for all policies.

How to access My Winterthur

To access My Winterthur you need to enter your username and password. If you don’t yet have a username and password please register by following the steps below. You will need one of your Winterthur policies at hand to complete your registration.

It’s easy to register

1. Go to My Winterthur registration
2. Once registered, you will receive your unique activation details through the post, and an email with further instructions
3. Choose your own username and password
4. Select your second method of security
5. Access your policies online.

The following policies: The Personal Pension, The Section 32, The Executive Pension, Investment Bond and The One from Winterthur (Winterthur Pension Funds Only option) will have online access and be able to request fund switching online. The One from Winterthur (Self-invested option) policy will have online access but will not be able to request fund switching or perform trading online. Trustee Investment Plans, Bonds held in trusts, Policies taken out before March 2002, Inactive policies and policies with no value will not be able to access these policies online.}
