Nicolas Moreau - Group Chief Executive
Born 1965, was appointed to the Board of AXA UK plc in July 2006. He is Group Chief Executive of AXA UK and Ireland, and a member of the AXA Executive Committee.
Nicolas joined AXA in 1991 as Vice-President of the Finance Department and was appointed Senior Vice-President of the AXA Group Finance Department in 1994. In 1997 Nicolas joined AXA Investment Managers and in March 2000 he became Chief Operating Officer of AXA Investment Managers, and Vice-Chairman of AXA Rosenberg in January 2001. He also co-ordinated the private equity business as well as the relationship between AXA Investment Managers and the insurance companies of the AXA Group. In April 2002, he was promoted to Chief Executive of AXA Investment Managers and, following his appointment as Group Chief Executive of AXA UK, Nicolas became Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of AXA Investment Managers.

Paul Evans - Chief Executive, AXA Life
Born 1965, Paul was appointed Chief Executive of AXA Life in May 2003. Previously he was the Group Finance Director of AXA UK, responsible for finance, strategy, treasury and taxation.
Paul joined AXA in January 2000 from PricewaterhouseCoopers and was appointed to the AXA UK plc Board in November 2001. He is also a Director of AXA Sun Life Holdings plc and its principal subsidiaries, and a member of the AXA UK Executive Committee. Paul is a member of the Association of British Insurers (ABI) Life Insurance Committee and Chairman of the West of England leadership team for Business in the Community.

François de Méneval - Director and Senior Vice President of AXA within the Business Support & Development team
Born 1963, François has been an Alternate Director and a member of the AXA UK plc Board (alternate to Mr de Castries and Mr Duverne) since December 2004. François is a Senior Vice President of AXA within the Business Support & Development team.
He is responsible for AXA's relationship with AXA UK and Ireland, AXA France, AXA Canada, AXA Corporate Solutions and AXA Assistance. He was previously General Manager, Group Strategy of AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited, and has been a Board Member of AXA Asia Pacific (Melbourne) and of various AXA companies in Asia.
Prior to joining AXA in 1994 he was an auditor with KPMG and worked for the French investment bank BGP.

David Hynam – Chief Operating Officer, AXA Life
Born in 1971, David is currently Chief Operating Officer AXA Life and is responsible for service to customers and intermediaries, IT, AXA Life’s traditional business, HR and business change. Previously he was Customer Service Director AXA Life having joined the AXA Group in 2001 from Barclays where he held positions as Chief Operating Officer, Barclays Offshore and Operations Director within UK Retail Banking.
David is a member of the Boards of AXA Sun Life Holdings plc and its principal subsidiaries and of AXA Portfolio Services Ltd where he is MD.
Within AXA Life he is a member of the Management and Risk Committees and is Chair of the Implementation, Property and Cost Programme Committees and a number of steering groups and operational forums.
Mike Kellard - Chief Executive Officer Winterthur Life and AXA Wealth Management
Born in 1961, Mike Kellard has 21 years experience working in the investment and life and pensions markets. He has held a variety of industry positions including head of sales for Norwich Union and joined Winterthur in February 1999 as sales director.
He was appointed CEO of Winterthur Life UK Ltd in June 2003. Previously Mike was managing director of Winterthur Life’s Professional Advisers Division, where he was responsible for all sales, marketing and administration functions.
Mike was appointed a Director of AXA Sun Life Holdings plc and its principal subsidiaries on 14th March 2007. He is also a member of the AXA UK Executive Committee.
In 2007 Mike was appointed head of AXA wealth management. In an expanded role, Mike Kellard remains CEO of Winterthur’s high net worth business, while additionally taking charge of the wealth management businesses including AXA's operations in the Isle of Man.
Philippe Maso Y Guell Rivet - Group Finance Director, AXA UK
Born 1966, Philippe was appointed Group Finance Director of AXA UK and to the AXA UK plc Board in May 2003, and is responsible for finance, strategy, risk management and asset management. He is also a Director of AXA Sun Life Holdings plc and its principal subsidiaries and a member of the AXA UK Executive Committee. Previously, he was head of Group Corporate Finance and Risk Management for AXA in Paris. He joined the Group in 1997 following the merger with UAP.
Philippe is a member of the Financial Regulation and Taxation Committee for the Association of British Insurers.

Andy Purvis - Member of AXA Life's Management Committee
Born 1960, Andy joined AXA in 1981 after graduating from the University of Wales with a BSc Economics, Barrister degree. Andy completed Bar finals in 1993. He has been a member of the AXA Life’s Management Committee since November 2000 and is also a Director of AXA Sun Life Holdings plc and its principal subsidiaries.
He is also a member of the ABI Distribution and Regulation Committee, ABI COB Simplification Group and ABI Future Commission working Group.
Andy Parsons – Director of Finance Operations, Reporting and Transformation
Born 1965, Andy joined AXA in 2001 from Zurich Financial Services where he held a range of senior appointments including Financial Controller (for Allied Dunbar International) and Management Accountant. He is Director of Finance, Operations, Reporting and Transformation and is an Alternate Director (alternate to Mr Maso Y Guell Rivet).
Andy Parsons graduated with a 1st class degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bristol University and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant.
